The article shows how we can idenfy accounts in The Hebrew Scriptures that are prophetic types, and it presents examples of how prophetic types can be explained.

The article shows how the dramatic actions of Elijah and Elisha have had an historical antitypical fullfillment on Jehovah’s Witnesses in the 20th century.
There is a list of baptisms and increase in publishers year by year for the past 80 years. There are also lists of how many have been disfellowshipped and how many have left the Witnesses for other reasons. It is shown that there is a difference in the actions of Jehovah’s Witnesses in the 20th and in the 21st century.
